Understand the idea
The three interior angles of any triangle always add to 180 degrees. If two angles are known, subtract their sum from 180 to find the third. Triangles are named by angles: acute has all angles below 90 degrees, right has one 90 degree angle, and obtuse has one angle above 90 degrees. They are also named by sides: equilateral has three equal sides and three 60 degree angles, isosceles has two equal sides and two equal base angles, and scalene has all sides different.
See a worked example
Angles of 50 and 60 leave a third angle of 70 degrees since 180 minus 110 is 70. A triangle with a 90 degree angle is right angled, and its other two angles add to 90. In an isosceles triangle with base angles of 65 degrees each, the top angle is 50 degrees.
A useful check
Do not assume every triangle has 60 degree angles; only equilateral triangles do. Also remember the rule works for interior angles only. An exterior angle equals the sum of the two opposite interior angles.
