Which boards?

Does it work for B.Com, BBA, BCA or other college?
Yes. Set the course on the start form and the year (FY / SY / TY). Type learn, bcom, bba or bca. See college.
Can I send photos of homework?
Yes. Use good light, one question per photo, and crop extra page noise. See photo homework help.
Does it work for Nursery and KG?
Yes. Pick Playgroup, Nursery, Jr KG or Sr KG on the start form. They get rhymes, letters, counting, animals and worksheet photos. See preschool.
Can two children use one WhatsApp number?
Yes. Type add sibling Riya Class 5, then switch to Riya or siblings. Max four learners on one number.
Can I talk to the teacher by voice?
Yes. Send a WhatsApp voice note with your doubt. The teacher hears it, teaches, and speaks the answer back. Type voice on if you also want spoken answers after typing. Type voice help for the short guide. Hindi, English or mixed speech is fine.
Can I learn spoken English?
Yes. Type english or open the English speaking course. Tap Choose language and pick Hindi, Tamil and more - no need to type the language name. Then say the English line or send a voice note.
Do KG and Class 1–5 learn phonics and reading?
Yes, through Class 5. Type phonics start or open phonics. SATPIN sounds, blending, mouth tips, then sh/ch/th and longer reading for Std 3–5. Voice notes welcome.
Does it work in Gujarati, Hindi or Marathi?
English is default. Type language and tap Hindi, Gujarati, Marathi, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Bengali, Punjabi, Malayalam, Odia, Assamese or Urdu. Or send hindi medium. KG rhymes and spoken-English meanings follow that language.
Can I ask general questions, not only homework?
Yes. Jesh is an intelligent teacher agent. Ask GK, how-to, career or how you feel. Type what can you do. It will not invent live scores or give unsafe help.
Does the class go up next year?
Yes, with your confirmation. If you were Std 1 in the 2026 session, the bot asks in April / May / June 2027 (by board) before moving you to Std 2. Tap Yes, No, or Other class.
How do parents get reports?
Student sends link parent <number>. For KG children, a linked parent also gets one automatic today note each day the child studies.
Is this official CBSE / GSEB software?
No. It is an independent study helper. Always confirm dates and syllabus on the official board website.
How do I pay for Premium?
Send pricing or buy monthly / buy yearly on WhatsApp. Pay on the official Razorpay link with UPI, card or netbanking. Premium unlocks automatically in the same chat. If it stays Free after 2 minutes, send my plan to check your status.
Does Premium auto-renew?
Yes. Monthly is ₹179 every cycle and yearly is ₹1949. Razorpay charges the next cycle automatically. To stop future charges, cancel the mandate in the Razorpay app or email on the payment receipt. You keep Premium until the current period ends. See pricing.
How do I prepare for boards, JEE or NEET?
Type jee pyq 2023 physics, neet pyq biology or cbse pyq 2024 maths. Type mock test for a timed paper. Type countdown and mastery. Dates are labelled expected. Confirm on the official board / NTA site.
Will the bot message me every morning?
No. There are no daily or morning student pings. Optional reminder: one Sunday 10:00 AM IST hello. Send push off to stop it. You can still ask questions any time.
Can parent language be different from the child’s?
Yes. Child can study in English while parent notes are in Hindi, Tamil, Gujarati and more. Type parent language Hindi.
