How do I start the Telegram study bot?
- Open @AIStudyGuruin_bot on Telegram and tap Start.
- Follow the profile prompts. Use your actual student details; include a different class in your question when you want to practise another level.
- Send one clear question, or choose an activity from the study menu.
- Try the question yourself and reply with your working. Ask for a simpler explanation if a step is unclear.
Try: “I am practising Class 3 fractions. Ask me one question about equal parts. Wait for my answer before explaining.” A useful study conversation is a question, your attempt, feedback, and then another question.
What can I practise?
- Homework: type the problem or send a clear photo showing the whole question. Include the subject, class and the step where you are stuck.
- English: open English Studio for speaking practice, grammar, sentence correction, word meanings and vocabulary review.
- Revision: revisit saved lessons, practise mistakes, use flashcards and ask for notes.
- Practice: choose quizzes and exam-style practice, then check the explanation as well as the score.
Buttons beneath a lesson can offer actions such as practising a quiz, explaining more simply, making a flashcard, hearing audio or saving a lesson. Available actions depend on the lesson and account. Start with one action so each study session has a clear purpose.
Is the Telegram bot free?
Telegram includes 7 free AI prompts per day. A new Telegram account gets 15 prompts per day for its first 7 days, then returns to the standard free allowance. Premium provides 55 Telegram prompts per day.
WhatsApp has a separate allowance: 2 free or 33 premium prompts per day. Counters reset at midnight in India (Asia/Kolkata). Linked premium access is shared across the two channels, but their daily counters are separate. Linking or deleting a study profile does not restart the Telegram trial.
Premium costs ₹179 for 31 days or ₹1,949 for 366 days. Telegram checkout is not currently available; see current plans and payment instructions.
How should I use English Studio?
Choose Correct my sentence to work on something you wrote, or Conversation roleplay to practise a situation. For a new word, learn its meaning and then write your own sentence. Phonics activities introduce sound patterns and spelling.
Voice transcripts can help with wording and grammar, but they do not establish pronunciation accuracy. Use spoken examples for practice and ask a teacher to check sounds you find difficult. See our short grammar practice guide and phonics guide.
Getting better help from an AI tutor
Include the full question and explain your attempt. If a response seems wrong, ask it to check the calculation and compare it with your textbook or teacher. AI-generated explanations can contain mistakes and do not guarantee exam marks. Avoid sending personal documents or another student's details in a homework photo. Read the privacy policy for information about the service.
Common questions
Do I need to install another study app?
You can use the bot inside Telegram. You need a Telegram account and internet access; no separate AI Study Guru app is required.
Can I ask the bot to wait before showing an answer?
Yes. Ask for one question at a time and tell it to wait for your attempt. If you need help, ask for a hint about the particular step you are working on.
Can I use WhatsApp as well?
Yes. AI Study Guru is also available on WhatsApp. Daily prompt allowances are counted separately on each channel; linked premium access is shared.
